Care service pathways

The care service pathways for dementia can be bewildering and complex – part of this research asked what is the ideal and what are the actual pathways. The role of support workers and the respite need of carers is also examined. Support workers and carers play a crucial role in helping people with dementia be as independent as possible and live a meaningful life in the community.
